Yoga Basics

6-Week Workshop | June 6-July 18 | Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 pm | $65.00
 Includes one free week of yoga classes following the conclusion of the workshop

Join instructor Helen Albrecht in exploring some of the basic postures, breathing and meditation techniques that make up the practice of Hatha yoga. Students will gain a basic understanding of proper alignment and technique, and will be prepared for most all-level classes. You don't need to be flexible or be able to quiet the mind. You simply need the desire to show up and do your best. This workshop is perfect for people new to the practice of yoga as well as for more seasoned students who want to review the basics. 


Parent and Me Yoga

4-Week Workshop | June 13-July 11 | Wednesdays 4:00-5:00 pm | $45.00   Children age 3-5 years old

Yoga instructor, Anna Hain, creates a fun environment for family play & bonding. Families will engage in playful yoga poses, learn breathing exercises and imaginative relaxation activities. Through music, movement, games, storytelling, laughter and silence, parents come together with their children to experience being silly, bonding, learning how to relax and have FUN together! Also, yoga is, of course, a great exercise the whole family can enjoy.
